오랜만에 새로운 소식을 보내주었네요.

 

포장 박스 (낚시일줄이야...)

포장 박스 사진만 보고 드디어 발송 하나 했는데 아니었습니다.

 

결국 내용은 "문제가 발생해 2주간 더 소요된다 하지만 박스도 준비했으니 금방 보낼 거야. 저렴한 파워미터 제공하려고 노력하고 있으니 너무 욕하지는 마." 이거 더군요.

 

2주 소요된다고 했으니 한달뒤에는 추가 연락 있겠거니 하고 있습니다.

Hi everyone, 

Clicking into the pedal does not feel 100% natural yet. We’ll have to make an alteration in the injection molding which takes at least two weeks extra. Our apologies. Everything else is functioning accurately. The new packaging came in as well, so we can ship as soon as possible. 

 

Positivity
On another note, we’d like to ask for your patience and compassion as we are trying to find the right balance between sending useful updates regularly and fixing issues that come up during production and assembly. We sometimes notice a strong vibe of negativity and disappointment online that leads to false accusations, ridicule and hurtful comments.

We are still a startup trying to pull off something difficult that the biggest names in cycling haven’t been able to do. Yes, this is at times a tough and frustrating road for all of you! But does this mean that we as iQsquare should stop trying to deliver something awesome and affordable? Absolutely not! We have only one chance as an emerging brand to get it right the first time. To make all of you content with your product(s) and establish our name in the industry. We have many other product ideas after the pedal power meter and therefore take this product creation and your unmistakable role in it very seriously.

There are many backers and pre-customers that are supportive and we are so grateful for your continued belief and encouragement, it means the world to us. Thank you! And yes, we fully understand the patience this product requires; we hadn’t anticipated this long journey either or prepared for the extra non-crowdfunded capital we’ve had to secure and put into it. Setbacks are no fun for anyone. But we simply have to get back up again and keep powering through. 

So please help us reach the finish line with your continued support and kindness? Together we WILL get there!
