IQ2 power meter 파워미터 #04(Feat. Xcadey)

오랜만에 소식이 업데이트되었습니다. 만...

 

설치방법에 대해서는 다음주경 제공할 예정이라고는 하는데 그것도 믿기 어렵고 실제 제품이 언제 나올지는 아직도 모르는 상태이고 첫 제품 나오면 GCN등에 리뷰 요청한다고 하네요.

 

지금 진행되는 건 Road용 파워미터라 제가 주문한 MTB 순서는 언제가 될지 모르겠네요. 올해 안에 될지 안될지도 모르겠고...

 

그래서 대륙 파워미터를 주문하였습니다.

 

대륙 제품이라 확실히 가격은 저렴하네요. Xcadey는 대륙 제품 중에서는 나름 많이 판매되는 파워미터이긴 한데 체인 링형태 제품은 리뷰를 본 적이 없어 조금 불안하긴 합니다. 생긴 건 Power 2 Max랑 아주 비슷해 보이네요.

 

현재 사용하는 크랭크가 Race Face다 보니 호환되는 게 없어 결국 X-sync를 지원하는 크랭크 중에 제일 저렴한 SRAM SX Eagle 크랭크셋이랑 같이 구매하게 되었습니다. SX Eagle은 신형 DUB BB를 사용하며 X-sync2로 나온 것인데 X-sync1도 지원한다고 되어 있어 구매해 보았습니다.

 

사실 165mm를 구매하고 싶었는데 알리에는 없는 것 같고 이베이에 있긴 하던데 가격차가 심해서 저렴하게 써보려고 일단 170mm로 구매했습니다. 

 

이것도 오는데 최소 한 달은 걸릴 테니 느긋하게 기다려야겠네요.

Data Update and General Info

Hi everyone,  Our last update was a month ago. In the meantime, we’ve fixed the battery contact issue and have been further finetuning our production runs. As you know, the main challenge for iQsquare is not to make just a power meter, but an affordable and therefore reproducible one. The road to that goal lies in our production machines, lines and assembly —> they need to produce consistent parts that leave no room for deviation.  To this end, we found over the Christmas holidays that we needed to make one last alteration to the adapter.
